Pre-Order Policy

Miss Moffett’s business model is retail only, meaning we do not do set-asides, pre-orders, or custom orders. This benefits our customers because there is no need to pre-order or plan ahead. We open each morning at 9 AM (7 days a week) with fully stocked cases of grab & go cakes, cupcakes, macarons, and pastries, including vegan and keto (sugar-free & low carb) options. Customers are welcome to call and reserve something we have in stock on the same day they plan to pick up, but payment must be taken over the phone at the time of reservation. For delivery, our products can be ordered directly from Door Dash, Uber Eats, GrubHub, or Delivery.com. Although Miss Moffett’s offered pre-orders and custom orders in the past, we are unable to do so anymore. We transitioned from a cupcake shop to a full bakery during the height of the pandemic, adding many products to our menu like scones, cookies, cinnamon rolls, pies, and many other pastries. We plan our production schedules and menus based on what it will take to fully stock our cases each morning. It takes our entire bakery team to keep our cases stocked, and we simply do not have the staffing, space, or resources to accommodate special orders any longer.
